Historic Midland St. Bed and Breakfast

Our goal is to keep our rates low to help you have a very affordable vacation in clean and comfortable surroundings at our B and B. Photos of each sleeping room are at the bottom of this page.We are sorry but we are not set up to take credit cards. However, we do accept personal checks and money orders. ATM's are nearby if you choose to pay in cash. Business rates at bottom of page.. 

Each sleeping room: $75.00 per night for two guests in a queen bed plus 6% state tax and 5% city tax.   Shared bath and guest living room/den, hot breakfast included. If you desire a private bath, see the All Rooms Option just below.

ALL ROOMS OPTION: Unique option at this B & B: Rent all second floor rooms for you exclusively for only $110.00 per night 1-2 guests, or $140.00 for 3-4 guests ($10.00 added for 5th and 6th person if it is a family)  Private bath and livingroom/den and hot breakfast included. 6% state tax and 5% city tax. We can host groups of 6 adults in the upstairs rooms for $180.00 per night + tax.

Morning coffee ready at 7:30 a.m. in the house kitchen to enjoy in the sun room, great room, or take to your room. Or in the Summer and Fall take your cup of coffee and stroll thru the flowered grounds and rest in the garden patio or enjoy swinging on the front porch loveseat swing. 

Decorating the home inside and out is a hobby of the owners

and a special feature of this B and B. Hall table tree changes with the seasons and holidays year round.

GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS:

Second floor living room/den to share or reserve exclusively with the all rooms option.

This comfortable fully furnished 19x14 feet room includes couch, easy chair, desk, high speed wireless Internet, cable TV and DVD/VHS player, dinette table and chairs, coffee maker, 8 cu. ft. refrigerator, microwave and popcorn.  Window AC in all rooms, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and a baby crib are provided for guests.  Without the all rooms option reservation, the guest livingroom/den and bath are shared with one other room of 2  guests. 

THIS B AND B WELCOMES CHILDREN. However, because of possible sound issues,  the ALL ROOMS OPTION must be applied which is:  $140.00 for a family of 3-4 persons. $10.00 added for 5th and 6th persons in a family No charge for a baby under 2 years sleeping in the crib. There is a 6% state tax and 5% city tax year round..

 

If you appreciate the creation and beauty of the garden birds you will enjoy staying in the Aviary Room with its walk-in closet - room and closet decorated in honor of them. Sweet singing birds are plentiful among the towering mature trees of the neighborhood. Relax in the reading corner of your room with your cup of tea or coffee and nightly homemade cookies served to all guests. One queen bed $75.00 includes shared guest living room/den.

If frills and flowery décor is not your thing and you prefer a more traditional style this room is for you. The Cozy Den is available for guests as a sitting room/den with TV. It also includes a twin bed and optional twin rollaway bed that can be rented privately along with the "All Rooms" option. Or, it can be rented alone for $75.00 on weeknights (Sunday - Thursday) if the other rooms are not booked. This room is shared unless All rooms Option used.

ALL ROOMS unique option. $110.00 per night for 1-2 guests, $140.00 for 3-4 guests and $10 added for 5th and 6th guests if it is a family gives you complete privacy of the entire upstairs and bath and guest entrance. Rate for a group of 6 adults for the entire upstairs is $180.00 + tax.

Large first floor bedroom with king size bed, two bay windows, fireplace, library wall, two easy chairs, tv, and private bath just down the hall. $100.00 per night with a two night minimum.
