The Cozy Den doubles as the guest living room. It offers a twin bed and can be rented alone for $65.00 on weeknights ($75.00 Summer months). Or you may rent it on weekends included in the ALL ROOMS unique option of renting the entire second floor exclusively for you for only $100.00 per night 1-2 guests.The ALL ROOMS option works well for families (Sept-May $130.00 for 3-4 persons, $140.00 for 5 persons, under 2 years old sleeps free). Includes: private keyed entrance to the house, AC, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV and DVD player, refridgerator, microwave, desk, radio, some dishes, and free wireless DSL Internet useage. The Cozy Den is available for corporate extended stays in off season (Oct.-May) for $50.00 per night for weeknights and $365.00 by the week (business rate).The queen bed rooms are also available for corporate extended stays.
